Amateur Surgeon Makes a Balls Up

Expensive medical treatment can often cost an arm and a leg, but if you do it on the cheap, it can also cost you your testicles, as a tightass from Port Macquarie discovered last month when he got some bloke to perform ballbag surgery on him in a hotel room.
The 52-year-old idiot posted an online ad seeking a cheaper alternative to removing a pain in his nether regions that didn’t involve paying a qualifed surgeon. Spying a chance to make a buck, Allan George Matthews, from Glen Innes in the Northern Tablelands, responded and duly lopped off the sore sack in a Port Macquairie hotel.
Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, the resulting wound became infected and the man had to go hospital anyway. Now the amateur surgeon who ‘helped’ him is up in court for the charge of unlawfully removing a man’s testicle. Sounds like he dropped a bollock there.
